Staff Requirements
The Director of Kids Konnection and the
General Manager of the Cassell Gymnastics and Dance Facility
interview all employees. Reference checks and background
checks are done. All staff is trained in CPR and First Aid.
Kids Konnection staff will attend any appropriate seminars
to enhance their training and knowledge.
