About Us  At Cassell Gymnastics and Dance, our mission is "To help surface creative abilities in all students so that they can discover their own creative processes and potential that can be used in everyday life".
Our goal is to provide the finest gymnastics and dance instruction in a safe, fun, and comfortable atmosphere. Cassell has recreational instruction through competitive levels offering classes for children 16 months old through adults. We boast high performance coaches, supported by a small dedicated team of qualified staff. Now with over 500 members from the age of 16 months to 55 years, Cassell Gymnastics and Dance provides programs which encourage each student to enjoy gymnastics and dance and to reach their own full potential within the sport. A first class team of coaches and assistants, as well as dedicated volunteers and parents, make this a warm and friendly environment for students of all abilities to learn and train.
